1. Acceptable Use & Fair Play
Playmaker is a free football guessing game provided for personal entertainment. You agree not to manipulate client state values in local storage maliciously to forge public stats screenshots, or overload the application resources.
2. Intellectual Property
All game designs, layouts, styling frameworks, and client-side logic are proprietary code of Playmaker. Football player statistics and datasets are preprocessed from open-source Kaggle repositories and club trademarks belong to their respective owners.
3. Disclaimer of Warranties
Playmaker is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no guarantees that game cycles will always match transfer dates perfectly, or that local storage stats will persist if you clear your browser cookies.
4. Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall Playmaker be liable for any direct or indirect issues resulting from browser crashes, loss of streaks, or game data malfunctions.
