Playmaker provides free daily football trivia and puzzle challenges for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You agree to use the service in a lawful and respectful manner:

• You may not use automated bots, spiders, or scrapers to overwhelm application endpoints or harvest daily puzzle answers.
• You agree not to manipulate local storage state maliciously for fraudulent claims or attempt to disrupt service delivery for other users.

2. Intellectual Property & Proprietary Rights

All original software code, user interface designs, visual layouts, dark neon styling systems, brand graphics, game algorithms, and compilation scripts are the exclusive intellectual property of Playmaker and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

3. Nominative Fair Use & Football Trademark Disclaimer

Playmaker is an independent, fan-made trivia platform. References to professional footballers, managers, football clubs, leagues, national associations, trophies, and tournaments across all game modes (such as Top Transfers, Top Scorers, Club Connect, Transfer Destination, Player Chain, Passport FC, Played With) are made strictly for descriptive, historical, educational, and trivia gaming purposes under nominative fair use.

Playmaker is not affiliated with, associated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by FIFA, UEFA, the Premier League, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Ligue 1, Major League Soccer, or any professional football federation or club. All trademarks, club names, logos, and emblems remain the property of their respective legal owners.

4. Statistical Datasets & Accuracy

Historical football statistics, transfer fee records, match appearance logs, and goal tallies are preprocessed from open-source datasets (including Kaggle and public football archives) and curated football records. While we strive for absolute factual accuracy, historical records and fee structures may vary across historical reporting sources. Game puzzles and VAR evaluation models are provided on an "as is" basis for recreational trivia.
