What is Transfer Destination?
Transfer Destination is a daily football career deduction game by Playmaker where players identify a star footballer from their career transfer trajectory in reverse chronological order. The puzzle begins with the player's most recent or current club. Each incorrect guess costs one life and unlocks the preceding club in the footballer's transfer history along with years active and transfer fee details. Players aim to deduce the footballer's identity with as few transfer clues as possible. Clues span senior club debuts, marquee European transfers, loan spells, and international caps. The game features interactive VAR review for contested career records, local streak tracking, and shareable Wordle-style results. Puzzles update every day at midnight UTC with a 7-day playable archive.
Database Coverage: Official senior appearances and transfers since 1990 plus verified historic legends throughout club history (updated to September 2026).
VAR Verification: Players can submit any disputed answer to the automated VAR engine to appeal real-world transfer and appearance records.
